Limited exclusive files are ONLY for handmade shops making clothing/shirts/cup etc to sell. Fabric/print shops are not permitted to purchase any limited exclusive to print.
By purchasing this digital file you agree to the following terms:
What rights are included with the purchase of this file:
Small handmade shops may make and sell items using this design. This includes:
- Handmade Clothing
- Handmade Bows & Headbands
- Handmade Bags and other accessories
- Sublimated or DTF Shirts
- Sublimated or DTF tumblers, mugs and other drinkware
- Making and selling stickers or temporary tattoos (If selling wholesale, you must purchase a commercial licence)
You may also use this file for the following when you purchase an additional commercial licence (Note: Commercial licences grant permission for the following activities for up to 100 end products/yards):
- Printing and selling Fabric (Fabric Shops must first be approved. For approval please email hayliesnyderdesigns@gmail.com)
- Printing and selling Faux Leather/Vinyl Shops
- Printing and selling Sublimation/DTF Transfers
- Wholesale stickers and temporary tattoos
- Having a third party manufacture clothing for you to sell (Shops manufactured items selling must first be approved. For approval please email hayliesnyderdesigns@gmail.com)
Lifetime drive holders do not need to purchase additional commercial licences.
As the owner of Haylie Snyder Designs, I reserve the right to revoke access to my lifetime drive/files/licensing if deemed necessary
What you cannot do with these files:
- Transfer ownership of my drive or any purchased files to another person in the event you sell your business, etc. The new owner MUST rebuy my drive or the files to keep using my files.
- Make or sell digital products with my files
- Alter the files or color over them. This includes adding colored backgrounds to transparent files
- Use Print on Demand websites, including but not limited to printify, printful, redbubble, spoonflower etc
- Wholesale of items other than stickers or temporary tattoos
- Use PNGs to create seamless files

Do you do customs or exclusives?
I don’t do any type of customs or exclusives including custom colorways.
Do you do custom logos?
I rarely open up custom logos. You can ask to be put on a tag list for when they open up in the Facebook group!
Can I use your files for overseas manufacturing?
